Identify which part of the link failed
A Superbuy spreadsheet link can fail at several different points. The spreadsheet row may contain an incomplete address, the destination may require a sign-in, a seller may have removed the listing, or the chosen size may no longer be available. Those situations need different responses. Start by recording what the page actually shows: a missing-page message, a loading error, a product with different pictures, or an unavailable option. A single failed opening does not establish that the product has been permanently removed.
Keep the original row before changing anything. Save its product label, destination address, thumbnail, displayed price and review date. This gives you a reference when the browser opens a different-looking page. If the link was copied from a message, check whether punctuation or a line break became part of the address. Do not submit payment while the identity of the product is unclear. Resolving the address is only the first check; you still need to inspect the live listing.
Separate a loading problem from an unavailable listing
Try the original address once more in a normal browser tab and read the complete message. A temporary network error is different from a seller saying that an item has been removed. If the platform requests authentication, use the service's established sign-in process. Do not enter credentials into a lookalike domain reached through an unfamiliar redirect. When a service is unavailable, record the time and return later instead of repeatedly changing unrelated browser settings.
If a product page opens, check the item identifier and gallery. A page that loads successfully can still be the wrong destination. A redirect to a category or homepage is useful for restarting discovery, but it does not preserve the original item. Similarly, a marketplace search result containing a matching photograph is not proof of the same seller, material or stock. Describe the observation accurately: the destination opened, the product matched, or the original listing could not be confirmed.
Check the selected option before calling the link broken
A listing can remain available while one colour or size disappears. Select the option you intended to order, then check the price and availability again. Some listings combine several products, accessories or deposits under one headline. The lowest displayed price may belong to a different option. Save the exact option name rather than relying on the thumbnail from the spreadsheet. If the label is ambiguous, ask for clarification through the current purchasing service before paying.
For example, imagine a row showing a black hoodie with an estimated price of 25 USD. The destination opens, but the black medium option is unavailable and only a different colour remains. The address is functioning; the required option is unavailable. Replacing the row with the cheapest available option would hide the real change. A useful note records the missing option and the date checked, allowing the next buyer to make a new decision instead of inheriting an incorrect assumption.
Recognise a changed or recycled product page
Compare the current gallery with the saved thumbnail, then inspect the title, seller identity and option structure. Sellers may update photographs or options without changing the page address. Cosmetic changes do not automatically mean a different product, but a different model, construction or bundle deserves a fresh comparison. An old quality-control photograph cannot establish what a seller will send from the current listing. Treat historical evidence as a reference with a date, not a current inventory guarantee.
Use several identity clues together. The main image alone is weak evidence because photographs can be reused. Compare visible details, measurements, material descriptions, accessories and the exact option. If you cannot reconcile the differences, label the original match as unconfirmed. Avoid claiming that the nearest visually similar result is a replacement for the same item. This is especially important when sizing, compatibility or included components determine whether the purchase will be useful.
Recover the search using descriptive information
Restart from the relevant product category and use a short descriptive search. Product type, colour, construction and a distinctive detail are often more useful than a long copied marketplace title. For a hoodie, begin with the garment type and a visible feature. For shoes, begin with the intended style and then compare the available size information. This site's search opens the linked catalogue; it does not repair an unavailable seller listing or certify a result as equivalent.
Keep two or three plausible alternatives and compare them using the same fields: current destination, selected option, measurements, gallery, item price and additional purchase costs. Do not let a lower price erase an unresolved difference in the product. If one candidate lacks measurements, mark that information as missing. If another includes an accessory that changes the price, record the bundle. The purpose of recovery is to find a well-supported new candidate, not to force every old row into a purchase.
Preserve useful product identifiers without guessing
An item identifier can help you keep records, but it must remain attached to the correct marketplace and seller context. Do not insert a number into an unfamiliar URL format and assume that the resulting page is equivalent. Different platforms use different identifiers. A catalogue's internal page number may also differ from the seller's original product number. Save both when they are visible, with labels explaining which service each number belongs to.
Superbuy's shopping-agent guidance describes submitting a product link, choosing options and paying for the item and domestic delivery before warehouse inspection. If the platform cannot recognise a source, its current enquiry or expert-service options may be relevant. Availability and charges should be checked on the live service screen. A failed import does not justify bypassing a purchase restriction. Keep the source address and describe the exact message when requesting help so the service can assess the actual listing.
Recheck the complete purchase after finding an alternative
Once you have a candidate, repeat the checks you would perform for a new order. Confirm the seller, selected size and colour, quantity, current item price, domestic delivery and any applicable service charges. Estimate international shipping separately. A replacement that is bulkier, heavier or more restricted can change the parcel budget even if its item price is similar. Do not copy the old shipping estimate without reconsidering the contents and packing needs.
Save the listing and size chart at purchase. When the item reaches the warehouse, compare the received option with that saved record rather than the old spreadsheet thumbnail. Review visible condition and request a targeted measurement if a decisive detail is missing. The official shopping-agent guide places warehouse inspection before international parcel submission. Use that stage to resolve a discrepancy while the available seller remedies can still be considered, subject to the current order terms.
Maintain a useful link-check record
A compact record needs five fields: the original destination, the date checked, the observed status, the option checked and the next action. Use precise status labels such as available option, option unavailable, changed listing, temporary access problem or unresolved match. Keep a replacement candidate in a separate entry until it has been compared. This avoids silently turning one product recommendation into another and preserves the reason a user originally saved the row.
The practical sequence is to diagnose the opening error, confirm the product identity, inspect the required option and then decide whether to wait, enquire or search again. A recent check is still only a dated observation. Stock and seller pages can change after it. Review notes should help a reader reproduce your check, not imply guaranteed quality or permanent availability. Continue with the spreadsheet method, QC checklist and relevant size guide before committing to the new candidate.
Use the live destination for current listing details, then return to the QC checklist and shipping calculator before submitting an international parcel.
